Scott Pelletier is a 24 year veteran of the United States Army, where he served in numerous leadership positions and challenging assignments to include 2 combat tours to Iraq. His passions are designing and leading impactful leadership experiences for athletes and executives.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Methodist University, Scott received an MBA from Averett University. He was chosen as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Duke University where he taught basic leadership classes and assisted with the first ever accredited leadership course for team captains at Duke.

Scott has assisted with over 200 unique team-building experiences for elite athletic teams and helped design and conduct over 40 executive retreats.

Scott lives in North Carolina and has a partner, Dawn and two daughters, Erin and Sara.
