Roman Brunner is a distinguished entrepreneur and expert in business transitions and personal transformation, with over three decades of success across high-stakes industries. His career began in the Swiss hospitality sector in the 1980s, where he built a foundation of excellence and service. A pivotal encounter in the late '80s shifted his focus to global IT services, where he held senior executive roles at a Fortune 500 IT services company, working and living across Europe, the UK, and the USA. This experience deepened his understanding of cross-cultural leadership and operational excellence. In the early 2000s, Roman co-founded a European software company, guiding it through multiple acquisitions. He later acquired and scaled an international cybersecurity company, ultimately selling it to a market leader, further cementing his expertise in complex business transitions. Throughout his career, Roman has not only worked in these regions but also immersed himself in their cultures, gaining invaluable insights into global business dynamics.

With over 35 years of experience as a senior executive, founder, investor, CEO, and board member, Roman is an expert in navigating both organizational and personal change. His 20+ years in YPO (Young Presidents' Organization), where he held various leadership roles globally, further honed his skills in leadership, facilitation, and personal development. As a current YPO forum moderator, he helps global leaders grow and provides valuable counsel.

Roman divides his time between Switzerland and Tuscany with his wife, Gabriela. Their three grown children, pursuing dynamic careers worldwide, reflect the family’s global perspective. An avid outdoorsman, Roman enjoys hiking, skiing, and cooking, often bringing family and friends together to savor the culinary traditions of his surroundings, reflecting his love for shared experiences and connection.
