MICHELLE ANTLE

EXECUTIVE COACH | CORPORATE FACILITATOR

Michelle Antle is an executive coach, facilitator, and strategist with a reputation for helping leaders and teams move from stuck to unstoppable.

Michelle has spent her entire career partnering with executives to crack their most critical challenges. As an innovation strategy consultant, she helped Fortune 100 companies identify and seize opportunities for growth; led multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, and anthropologists; facilitated countless workshops and planning sessions; and spoke at conferences on the topics of design thinking and experience design. She later founded a boutique communications consultancy, where she helped corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders harness the power of strategic storytelling.

Michelle’s coaching and facilitation practice draws upon this multi-modal experience and expertise to help clients get their lives, their teams, and their initiatives back on track. She works with leaders and teams at critical moments of inflection or impasse to resolve miscommunication or misalignment, clarify purpose, rewrite stale narratives, and evoke and sustain meaningful change. Clients seek out Michelle’s skilled, steady, and supportive guidance as they navigate honest and insightful reflection (Who am I?), intentional design (What do I really want?), and unwavering accountability (How will I get there?)

Michelle graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, completed her professional coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and holds CPCC, ACC, and Everything DiSC Practitioner certifications. A born & bred New Orleanian, Michelle now lives in Oakland with her husband and kids. It has been said that Michelle has unhealthy enthusiasm for board games, fantasy football, and the Oxford comma.
