In her tenure at Mark Tribus Group, Meredith has led more than 50 leadership training sessions, coached deputy-level executives, and co-designed/facilitated over 20 full-day leadership development retreats. She has also supported numerous strategic planning initiatives, enabling organizations to clarify priorities, build accountability systems, and translate long-term goals into actionable results.

 

Meredith’s expertise extends to leadership assessments and human dynamics, where she leverages tools such as the Tilt Personality Assessment and Emotional Intelligence frameworks to help leaders increase self-awareness, strengthen team effectiveness, and improve decision- making.
