KELLY GONYNOR

Kelly Gonynor is a dedicated coach with over 15 years of leadership experience. She guides her clients to learn and grow from adversity, gain self-awareness, and prioritize living outside of their comfort zones. Kelly's compassionate and energetic presence moves clients forward, especially those facing hesitancy and resistance to change. She is an expert in building relationships with others through exceptional listening, providing direct feedback, and prioritizing the transformational journey of each client.
An area of focus for Kelly’s work is addressing her clients’ personal and professional relationships. Kelly deeply understands the importance of honoring personal relationships and the impact that they have on professional success. Whether it is working with individuals, couples, families or teams, Kelly is skilled in teaching interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and empathy building. She also specializes in facilitating engaging groups and custom designing goal-oriented retreats. Her coaching expertise is multi-faceted and includes one-on-one, group, nature-based, and virtual services.
Kelly received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana University as well as minors in Spanish and Business from the Kelley School of Business. She received a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. Kelly is Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 Trained and earned the designation of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Approved Supervisor. Kelly lives in Fort Collins, Colorado and can be found on long mountain hikes, snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Park, or planning the next 14’er to climb. In addition to being outdoors, she also has great interest in creative arts and contemplative practices.
