KELLY GONYNOR

EXECUTIVE COACH | CORPORATE FACILITATOR

Kelly Gonynor brings over 15 years of leadership and coaching expertise, specializing in empowering senior executives to elevate their leadership presence by developing emotional intelligence and relational agility. She believes that impactful leadership goes beyond strategy—it’s about leading with empathy and creating environments where teams feel seen and motivated. With her unique blend of insight and warmth, Kelly helps leaders transform challenges into opportunities for growth, resulting in stronger connections and a more inspired, resilient organization.

Kelly’s coaching centers on cultivating self-awareness, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. With an extensive background in psychology and family therapy, she equips executives to build emotional resilience, manage complexity, and navigate the challenges of leadership with compassion. Her approach blends psychological understanding with practical strategies, including mastering active listening, delivering clear and impactful feedback, and establishing cultures where trust, collaboration, and innovation can thrive.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that true leadership growth happens when leaders develop the emotional intelligence needed to navigate both their internal landscape and the emotions of those they lead. She combines this understanding with years of experience guiding clients through adversity and overcoming resistance to change. This makes her particularly skilled at helping executives transform mindsets and behaviors, strengthening team dynamics and driving sustainable performance improvements.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University and a Master’s in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. She is Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 Trained and an Approved Supervisor by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. When not coaching, Kelly enjoys connecting with nature through hiking and snowshoeing in Colorado.
