A graduate of University of Connecticut and Georgia Southern University, Karson McCall's passions include helping others grow individually as well as building an environment that fosters inclusivity for each team member. 

 

A former Division 1 athlete, Karson's athletic career culminated as a member of the UCONN women's volleyball team where she was a 4-year letter winner and all-conference performer. 

 

With 5 years of experience in primary education, Karson's experience includes time as a science and special education teacher. Karson earned her Master's degree in Special Education and developed a passion for improving the lives of children with learning and behavioral disabilities. 

 

Karson has extensive experience in custom designing retreats for corporate and athletic teams, facilitating transformative team-building experiences, and providing whole-life and professional coaching. As Director of Operations , Karson has successfully customized, planned, and executed large-scale events, overseeing every aspect from logistics to stakeholder coordination. With a focus on seamless execution, Karson ensures that each event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget, while creating meaningful, impactful experiences for all participants.

 

Karson grew up in a military family, but spent the majority of her life in North Carolina. She now resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Brian McCall, and their chocolate Labrador retriever.
