EXECUTIVE COACH | CORPORATE FACILITATOR

Jonathan Brill is an entrepreneur, founder, CEO, and executive coach who helps leaders navigate growth, pressure, transition, and the real-life complexity that comes with building and leading organizations.

A graduate of Clemson University and Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program, Jonathan founded Infinity Drain, a leading U.S. manufacturer of architectural drains. Over the course of his entrepreneurial career, he grew the company from an idea into a nationally recognized brand, leading teams across sales, operations, manufacturing, marketing, culture, and strategy.

Jonathan is an active member of YPO and has served in multiple leadership roles, including Chapter Chair. As a trained YPO moderator, he facilitates honest conversations among business leaders, creating the trust, accountability, and reflection that help people grow beyond their titles.

Jonathan’s coaching is grounded in lived experience. He works with leaders carrying real responsibility: founders, owners, executives, and next-generation leaders who are trying to grow their businesses without losing themselves in the process. His approach blends practical business experience with direct conversation, self-awareness, personal responsibility, and a belief that leadership development begins with telling the truth.

Beyond Infinity Drain, Jonathan founded Mission Belly Full, a charitable initiative focused on feeding and supporting people in need. He also leads and coaches teams in business, athletics, and community settings, bringing a lifelong interest in performance, resilience, and human development to his work.

Jonathan lives in Cold Spring Harbor, New York, with his wife, Rachel, and their two sons. He is a surfer, mountain biker, hockey coach, outdoorsman, and award-winning barbecue cook.
