JEN HOY

EXECUTIVE COACH | CORPORATE FACILITATOR

A graduate of Princeton University and former professional soccer player, Jen brings elite performance experience to her work with leaders and executives ready to take their personal transformation to the next level. Her clients appreciate her warmth, depth, energy, and her ability to challenge limiting patterns with both precision and care.

At Princeton, Jen played Division I soccer, leading her team to an Ivy League Championship and a second-round appearance in the NCAA Tournament. During her senior year, she was named Ivy League Player of the Year and Princeton’s Sportswoman of the Year, and later went on to play seven years of professional soccer in the National Women’s Soccer League. These experiences continue to shape her work, particularly in the areas of leadership, resilience, and performance under pressure. After her professional athletic career, Jen shifted her focus toward health and human development, becoming a Level 2 Integrative Health Practitioner, and founding a company dedicated to mentoring student-athletes from middle school through college. Drawn by a desire for more aliveness, self-expression, and freedom, she became a VITA™ Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach and student of Neuro-Semantics—work that now sits at the heart of her coaching practice.

Jen lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Luke.
