DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Eva Emory serves as Director of Client Engagements and Finance at Mark Tribus Group, where she supports the planning and execution of leadership development programs, executive retreats, and client engagements. She works closely with executive assistants, client stakeholders, and the MTG team to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of multi-day engagements.
A graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a concentration in Media Studies, Eva brings a strong foundation in communication, organization, and client experience. She oversees engagement logistics, travel coordination, financial administration, and the development of client materials, helping create a consistent and high-quality experience for both clients and facilitators.
Eva also manages cloud-based systems that support proposals, assessments, facilitation materials, and summary reports. Her attention to detail and relationship-focused approach help leaders and teams stay focused on meaningful conversations and leadership growth while ensuring every engagement runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Originally from North Carolina, Eva now resides in Clearwater, Florida. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and creating experiences that support learning, connection, and lasting impact.
