BARBARA EGENHOFER

Barb Egenhofer is a Talent Strategy leader with deep experience in providing strategic, integrated talent management solutions to organizations and executive leaders. She specializes in executive coaching, helping leaders enhance their leadership capabilities, navigate complex challenges, and drive organizational success. In addition to executive coaching, Barb focuses on developing, retaining, and engaging diverse talent through innovative programs and strategies that provide clients with a competitive market advantage. Her expertise also includes consulting in cultural transformation, leadership development, organizational design, team effectiveness, collaboration, and change management.
Before founding Cardenta Consulting, Barb served as Senior Vice President of HR for Constellation Brands' Wine and Spirits Division and held senior HR roles in global manufacturing and healthcare. She has also opened and managed several businesses. In addition to her consulting work, she is the Director of Talent Strategy for Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce/ONE ROC, an alliance focused on making Rochester, NY one of the nation’s fastest-growing regional economies.
Barb earned her MBA in Organizational Development from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Nazareth College. She holds certifications in several leadership and assessment tools, including Center for Creative Leadership 360, Predictive Index, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and GUIDE Coaching, as well as Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 2.
A passionate community advocate, Barb has served on boards for Bivona Child Advocacy Center, RESOLVE, the Nazareth University HR Advisory Committee, the MOXIE Exchange, and is currently Board member and Secretary for the EquiCenter. Barb has been a YPO spouse forum member for 8 years and was her forum's facilitator for 18 months. In her personal time, Barb enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, two children, horses, and dogs. An Adirondack native, she loves watersports, snow skiing, tennis, running, biking, horseback riding, hiking, and wine.
